Once you really get here and meet everybody in person – Jess, Dylan, KaraLee, and the rest of the team, it just really cements how special and different this is, that everybody really wants you to exceed and grow and reach limits that you didn’t even know were possible.

It’s been incredible to meet them all. I’m so glad I did it!
